Sara Brockbank is an occupational therapist and life coach whose work focuses on people who desire lasting change through personal development. Sara believes we all have the potential to evolve and become the person we were meant to be, even though sometimes we need help to recall our why or our how. She encourages her clients to evaluate and then enrich their relationships, beginning with their relationship with themselves. Sara holds a master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from the University of Utah College of Health and works as a certified Life Coach at Evoke as well as in association with the non-profit, Sol Sanctuary. She also holds a certification in Mindfulness training and has a special interest in individuals and families working through the unique challenges of ADHD and executive function disorder. She knows that to assess the whole of a person, and in this we must not neglect to address sleep habits and screen health. Sara lives outside of Richmond, Virginia with her husband and their 4 children, 5 chickens and dog Laszlo who never misses their nightly ritual of snuggles on the couch.
